The SEAA Exhibit Hall will open on Friday, March 13, with over (forty) 40 national companies demonstrating their products. The SEAA Trade Show is an annual event that combines the largest gathering of its kind under one roof for companies engaged in the steel erection activities to see and learn the newest tools, products and services. Exhibitor Quick Facts
Show Information:
The SEAA Exhibit Hall will be located in the Lakeside Pavilion at the Kingston Plantation Embassy Suites Main Hotel. A designated area adjacent to the parking lot will sectioned off for any registered exhibitor to display their oversized equipment and/or hands on demonstrations. Exhibitors requiring outside space must contact Pamela Pocock, Executive Director ( executivedirector@seaa.net) . In order to reserve outside exhibitor space all exhibitors must provide specifications of equipment size.
Booth Information:
Booth Equipment: 10x10 booths will be set with 8’ high Blue and Gold back drape, 3’ high blue side dividers, and 7”x44” one-line identification sign. Booth packages also includes 8’ White draped table and (2) side chairs. Electrical Requests : Contact the Kingston Plantation at (843)497-7918 (CLICK HERE for the PDF electrical order form).

Warehouse will receive shipments Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:00A – 4:30P. Convention Makers, Inc will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning March 2, 2009 , at the above address. Materials after March 10, 2009 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Materials must arrive by March 9, 2009.
